At Tiska, each product is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch.
We do not offer returns or exchanges once the order is delivered.
However, in case you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo or video proof. After verification, we will offer a suitable resolution.
Please note that minor variations in color, design, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
